I’m not going to sell you something and then hide behind fine print when it doesn’t do what I said it would do. I’m also not going to pretend a program can work for a man who never opened it.
So here’s the deal, stated plainly.
Do the whole program. If you reach the end of six weeks having done the work the way it was laid out, and you’re not satisfied with what you got out of it, ask for your money back and you’ll get all of it. Full price, back to the way you paid. No store credit, no partial refund, no argument from me.
The guarantee is tied to completion, and completion means all of this:
I’ve told you elsewhere not to let perfect be the enemy of good, and I meant it about how you run your six weeks. The guarantee is a different question. Here the bar is the bar, and the bar is everything on that list.
Thinkific tracks your video and audio completion on the back end, so that part I can see for myself. Everything else is on your word. Your DP31 pages, your workbooks, your notebook, your assessments: live in your hands and in your handwriting, and I’m not going to ask you to photograph your private writing to prove you did it. You’ll state in your email that you completed the program as described above. I’ll take you at your word, the same way I’d take a man at his word sitting across from me.
If you tell me you did the work and you didn’t, that’s between you and the guy in the mirror. This whole program is about telling the truth to and about yourself. Starting the lie here would be a strange place to start.
Email in**@***********an.com within seven days of completing the program, with “Refund Request” in the subject line. Your completion date is the day you submit the Post-Assessment, which the platform timestamps.
Include:
I ask that last one because a man who did all that work has something to tell me, and I want to hear it. A sentence or two is plenty. Your answer has no bearing on whether you get your money. You get it either way.
I’ll check your completion record against the platform and reply within three business days. If your video and audio completion is short of the list, I’ll tell you exactly what’s missing before I decide anything, and you’ll have a chance to finish it or to tell me what I’m reading wrong.
Once I approve it, I issue the refund the same day through whichever service you paid with. Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo each set their own timelines for when the money lands back with you, and those timelines are theirs, not mine. Most take a few business days. Your receipt from the processor is the record of when it went out.
A refund closes the arrangement. Program access ends and the material comes down from your account. Anything you printed is yours to keep and use for yourself. It stays under copyright, so it isn’t yours to copy, share, or sell.
If you buy it, look around, and decide inside seven days that this isn’t for you, email me and I’ll refund you with no questions and no completion requirement, as long as you haven’t gone past the Week One material. After that point, the completion guarantee above is the one that applies.
That’s the whole policy. If any part of it isn’t clear, email me and ask before you buy.
