If you’re here, you’re likely thinking seriously about making a change. These are the questions most men ask before getting started. Take your time, read through them, and decide for yourself whether this is the right next step.
I’ve tried programs like this before, and they didn’t work. Why would this be different?
The Changed Man focuses on tools most of us were never taught. Men typically approach change the same way: set a goal, push harder, and try to want it more. When that stops working, they assume the problem is them, but usually it’s because they never learned what needs to happen before a change is possible — the awareness required on the front end, what separates a real intent to change from performative efforts and false starts, and what to do when pushing and grinding no longer produce results. The tools in The Changed Man are specific, concrete, and grounded in evidence.
Can I do The Changed Man instead of going to therapy?
Therapy addresses mental health conditions, processes trauma, and provides clinical treatment. The Changed Man teaches a process for making difficult changes, one you can use on your own, in any area of your life, long after the six weeks are over, but it is not therapy. If you’re already in therapy, the two work alongside each other without conflict, but if you’re in crisis or need mental health support, The Changed Man doesn’t do that work.
How much time will I need to commit?
There are a few daily practices you’ll be encouraged to complete. Most people require no more than five minutes in the morning and five in the evening. Each week includes video content, written material, and exercises that most people spend about 3 hours working through in total.
What does The Changed Man cost?
The Changed Man program is $495.
However, don’t let the dollar-for-dollar comparison against other programs be the only variable in your cost calculation. Factor in what not changing is already costing you — in your relationships, at work, in the distance between who you are and who you know you’re capable of being. That’s a number only you can calculate, but it belongs in the equation.
What do I walk away with?
The Changed Man process is portable, which means it doesn’t just work once or in one area of your life. It applies to any difficult change you need to make. By the end of six weeks, you’ll understand how difficult change works — what awareness actually requires, how to set a direction and still be on it when the week gets hard, how to direct effort toward the right problems, and how to recover after you’ve gotten off track. At the end of the program, you retain access to all written materials and videos.
What if the timing isn’t right?
It probably won’t be. There’s almost never a clean stretch of time with no competing demands, no stress, and nothing requiring your attention. Waiting for ideal conditions, by the way, is one of the primary reasons people don’t change. The more useful question is whether the timing is workable. The Changed Man is specifically designed to be realistic within the confines of a demanding life. That said, if something significant is happening right now that genuinely requires your full attention, something other than the changes you know you need to make, trust that.
